Leader Traits I Admire

the first one I admired the most is tenacity. A person who have this trait and use it in a right way can achieve a success in his/her field。 They have the capacity to work with distant objects in view and have a degree of strength of will or perseverance. For example,Walt Disney founded Disneyland. In the process he really met a lot of difficulties, like financial problem. But he still can overcome all of them.

Do not , for one repulse , give up the purpose that you resolved to effect
------William Shakespeare

Ambition also is very important to be a successful leader,I think. Leaders are very ambitious about their work and careers and have a desire to get ahead. To advance, leaders actively take steps to demonstrate their drive and determination.

Keep away from those who try to belittle your ambitions. Small people always do that, but the really great make you believe that you too can become great.
------Mark Twain

Honesty is another trait that I admire. Without this quality, leadership is under mined. It form the foundation of a trusting relationship between leader and followers.

'We've laid off our entire legal department since we've gone with the honesty is the best policy approach.'
