I completely agree with the fact that leaders should know their archetypes to further their success. If a leader doesn't know the ins and outs of themselves it could make it hard to lead others to victory. When they have a goal in mind they must be aware of their personal strengths and weaknesses to obtain success. A leader cant take on a project alone, by knowing where they have weaknesses they could delegate to their followers to get the job done. By finding out their archetypes they would be able to see what personality traits really do stand out.
